Terms and Conditions
1. Appointments
All appointments at Bebella Clinic must be booked in advance. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits may be transferred once if at least 48 hours’ notice is given prior to the appointment.
Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in loss of deposit.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
* Less than 48 hours’ notice – deposit is forfeited
* No-shows – 100% of treatment cost may be charged
* Repeated cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings
4. Late Arrival
If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and retain the deposit.
5. Medical Disclosure
Clients must provide full and honest medical history prior to treatment.
Bebella Clinic is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.
6. Results & Expectations
All aesthetic treatments (including but not limited to dermal fillers, PRP, RF microneedling, biofiller, polynucleotides, and permanent makeup) vary per individual.
Results are not guaranteed and depend on individual factors such as skin condition, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance.
7. Aftercare
Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided.
Failure to follow aftercare advice may affect results and void any complimentary review appointments.
8. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of aesthetic and medical treatments, we do not offer refunds on services rendered.
10. Right to Refuse Treatment
Bebella Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable, unsafe, or not in the client’s best interest.
10. Photography
With client consent, before and after photographs may be taken for medical records and marketing purposes. Consent may be withdrawn at any time in writing.
10. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
9. Children Policy
For safety and insurance reasons, children are not permitted in the treatment room.
